Barangaroo South is a $7 billion redevelopment on Sydney Harbour and one of the the largest urban regeneration projects currently being undertaken anywhere in the world. As a natural extension to the western side of the Sydney CBD, Barangaroo South will be Sydney’s newest business, financial and tourism destination, including:
 

  • 320,000sqm of world-class office space for 23,000 professionals;
  • a landmark luxury hotel with VIP gaming;
  • premium high and low-rise apartments; and
  • more than 75 new retail outlets including restaurants, cafes and bars.
 

Barangaroo South grows the role of Sydney as Australia’s financial capital and increases its competitiveness as a business destination in the Asian region. It will also enhance Sydney’s position as one of the most spectacular harbour cities in the world.
