Acceptable Identification
Pursuant to the Crown Rewards Rules, Acceptable Identification means such current and valid forms of identification from the Member as Crown requires in its sole discretion from time-to-time in connection with the operation of Crown Rewards. Such Acceptable Identification must be valid and current and as a minimum comply with customer identification procedures in the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006.
Digital forms of identification are unable to be accepted.
Examples of Acceptable Identification include current and valid forms of the following:
- Australian Driver Licence/Learner Driver Licence
- New Zealand Driver Licence/Learner Driver Licence
- Australian Passport*(additional document containing your residential address is required)
- Foreign Passport

*If your identity document does not contain your residential address, please provide where possible an original of one of the following documents:
- a valid driver’s licence or permit from Australia or overseas, including a digital driver’s licence.
- a valid government proof of age card issued in Australia.
- a valid national identity card issued by a foreign government or the United Nations.
- a valid government issued concession card, such as a pensioner concession card, a healthcare card, or a seniors healthcare card.
- a notice from the Australian Taxation Office or other government agency, such as Centrelink, that contains the person’s name and residential address, issued in the past 12 months.
- a municipal council rates notice or a utilities bill (such as a water, gas or electricity bill) that contains the person’s name and residential address, issued in the past 3 months.
