2.2. As part of the Membership application, the applicant will be required to:
a) supply acceptable identification and required information to the satisfaction of Crown;
b) acknowledge that the Casino only offers higher limit gaming (meaning that minimum bets apply), that the Casino is open to Members and guests only, and that the Casino does not have poker machines;
c) consent to identification, security and probity checks; and
d) be or become a Crown Rewards Member (other than international and interstate players participating in one of Crown’s rebate programs) by completing the Crown Rewards application process as part of their Membership application.
Further information on Crown’s use, disclosure and collection of personal information is set out in Crown’s Privacy Policy.
3. How will my Membership application be determined?
3.1. Membership may be granted immediately. Where not immediate, Crown will notify the applicant if and when Membership has been granted.

3.4. Crown reserves the right to refuse an application or access of any person to the Casino and to revoke a person’s Membership at any time and for any reason. A person is not entitled to a review of any action taken or decision made by Crown in respect of that person’s application, Membership or access to the Casino. Crown will not provide reasons for any decision or action taken by Crown in respect of a person’s application, Membership or access to the Casino.
