How can I book?

Please be advised that all Crown restaurants reservations are available exclusively through our website. For any modifications or changes to existing bookings, please refer to your confirmation email for simple adjustment options.

How do I modify my booking?

Booking modifications, such as adjusting party sizes or adding dietary requirements or preferences can be made through the 'Manage Reservations' section in your confirmation email or the link provided in your confirmation SMS. All adjustments are subject to live availability and can only be processed if the venue capacity permits.

How do I book a group reservation or a Private Dining Room?

Please adjust your party size to your preferred date and available sittings will be displayed for the booking - subject to terms and conditions of the reservation. Alternatively, an online request can be submitted through the private events webpages. Read more here. 

What are the Crown Booking Policies?

Our Policies regarding bookings, surcharges, cancellations, dress standards, allergies & dietaries are outlined in the Terms section of each venue’s webpages. Alternatively, you can also find personalised policies specific to your reservations in your confirmation email.

How do I park at Crown Sydney?

The closest Wilsons public car park is located at Barangaroo Reserve, however, please kindly be aware this parking lot does not operate 24 hours. The Barangaroo Reserve car park is a 10 minute walk to Crown Sydney. Find out more parking at Crown Sydney here.

Does Crown accept Crown Gift Cards as a payment method in restaurants?

Crown accepts Crown Gift Cards as a payment method in all our Restaurant and Bar venues. For more details, please visit here. 

Does Crown split bills?

Our venues do not split bills.
